Maple Iced Tea

Refreshing and sweet, Maple Iced Tea is the perfect summer drink.

  • (16) Tea Bags
  • (6 cups) Boiling Water
  • (4 pinches) Baking Soda
  • (2 cups) 500 ml Maple Syrup
  • (18 Cups) Cool Water
  • (2/3 Cup) Lemon Juice
  • (As desired) Lemon Slices


Bring 6 cups of water to a boil.  Add in the baking soda and stir.  Add the tea bags, cover and let steep for 15 mins.

Remove the tea bags and discard.  Stir in Maple Syrup until dissolved.  Pour in cool water and lemon juice.  Refrigerate until cold and serve with ice and a slice of lemon.
