Pancake Recipe

Do you wake up to people demanding to be fed?  Whether it is kids, cows, or my other half - there seems to always be someone wanting to be fed!

This was the situation on Sunday....Josey was asking to have pancakes with chocolate chips, no less.  

Oh, to have a live-in chef!  That thought quickly led to "Why am I the main source of meals around here?"  Luckily, for all involved, the more industrious side of my brain kicked into action and hatched a plan....perhaps I could "interest" one of the girls in becoming a chef as a career choice!  The oldest two both responded with a resounding "NO".  So, as with many jobs, the youngest was appointed!  

Josey was somewhat open to the idea, but really she was aspiring to host her own Youtube channel.  So after some very impressive negotiation on her part, and a lot of whining on mine, we struck a compromise.  The result is a Youtube video showing Josey learning how to make pancakes.
